Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If the order is not shipped yet you can cancel the order by visiting my accounts page and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 hours.

- The product is replaced with another product.
- The product is missing.

- After the product inspection, the refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours.
- We do a thorough quality check of each order before packaging; however, in rare cases, the product might get damaged in transit. If you have received a damaged product or a damaged packaging, please write us at email@example.com with the order id and complete product images (in all angles) as received.
- We will further investigate your case and will refund your money within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.
- For payments done through COD, we will refund the money to the bank account details which were filled by you in the form on the orders page.
- For prepaid orders, the money will be refunded to the same bank account.
- Note: It may take up to 2 to 5 days once the refund request is placed to pick up the product.
